Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a 7th hospitalist to continue to bring world-class healthcare to West-Central Minnesota.
Practice Details:
• Established team of 6 hospitalists looking to add another due to a recent retirement
• 7-on/7-off schedule with 8 and/or 12-hour shifts offered
• Work just 156 shifts/year or have the ability to pick up additional shifts if interested
• Average daily census of around 19 with about 13-16 patients evaluated per shift
• No Call or procedures required
• EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary paid on per shift basis - over $310K for just 156 shifts/year
• Comprehensive benefits include $50K sign-on package, full family medical coverage, matching retirement plan of 11% and more
