6 Hospitalists on during the day
Round-robin rotation for admissions
Dedicated discharge coordinator
1 APP to assist with floor call and admissions

Clinic Details:

New IP Tower being added: $250 million, 7 stories
Expansion from 320 to 480 licensed beds
No floor call after 7:00pm
No ER call after 4:00pm
Average 5-7 calls per shift
