Hospitalist needed for day, swing, & night shifts near Flagstaff, AZ. Details:

Candidates must be BC, or TBE in Internal or Family Medicine
Patient Population/Age: all ages
20-30 patients per day (as a collective service)
Hospital Bed size: 270 beds
Department Description: Closed ICU. Admissions need to be accepted by the intensivist on duty
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Admit strictly does hospital admissions, Swing also does admissions, Nights do admissions/cross covers (there are 2 docs on from 6p-6a each night). During the hours 6p -6a the Swing physician and night doc also cross cover the patients that are in the hospital, with the exception of ICU.
Extra info - Admit is 6a-6p strictly does hospital admissions, Swing 12p-12a also does admissions, Nights 6p-6a does admissions/cross covers (there are 2 docs on from 6p-6a each night).
During the hours 6p -6a the Swing physician and night doc also cross cover the patients that are in the hospital, with the exception of ICU.
EMR: Cerner
Certification Requirements: Active AZ License, DEA, & ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
