1-FTE Base Compensation & Bonus: Living in the Community
- Base Comp = $210/hr.
- PM Call Coverage = $42/hr.
- Call Back = $210/hr. (after 2hr gratis)
- Quality & Productivity Bonus = $10/hr.
- Retention Bonus = $50K
- Incl. $2,000/mo. stipend while completing residency.
- Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.
- Shift coverage = 7 on/7 off
- Paid relocation.
FTE Benefits Package:
- CME = $5K annually
- Licenses = up to $1K reimbursed annually

2-Full-Time 1099 Contractor: Living in the Community
- Base Comp = $230/hr.
- Quality & Productivity Bonus = $10/hr.

- Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.

The ideal candidate for these positions will be:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine-Will consider other specialties with Hospitalist Experience.
- Must be comfortable performing procedures
- ND Medical License and DEA without restrictions, or ability to obtain.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and works well in a team-based care delivery model.

Practice Details:
- 25-bed hospital with 4-bed open ICU
- Flexible block scheduling and supportive administrative team.
- Shifts: onsite with unrestricted night call
- APP's onsite during peak hours
- The typical inpatient census is 8-15 patients per day. Admissions 2-3 day
- EMR: Meditech
- Provide care to a variety of patients with acute concerns that can vary greatly - mild to complex.
- Expedited hospital credentialing with the completed application
- Physicians interested in Part-time, and PRN/Moonlight and Locums are also encouraged to apply
