Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing, management, business administration, or related field
- Three years in a supervisory/managerial role in an acute care setting
- Master's Degree and Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Experience in case management within a large and complex acute care hospital environment
- Proficiency in EPIC knowledge highly desired
