Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN case manager :
- Previous Experience as a RN case manager preferred
- Registered Nurse License d
- 40 hours a week
- Hospice experience a plus, not required, willing to train
- Covering Salem and Voorhees area
- Medical, dental, vision after 90 days
- 401 K after 60 days
- PTO, holiday PTO, staff appreciation
- COVID vaccinated a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Mileage reimbursement 0.58 a mile
