Job Description EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - HOSPICE

Lucrative compensation package to include Base + Bonus + equity.

Hospice Executive Director needed for an established hospice provider doing a start-up in Oklahoma City, OK. Do you have the experience, drive & passion to do a start-up in your area. Prior hospice start-up experience is a plus but not required. You will oversee the entire hospice start-up operations process through licensure, office section, staffing, accreditation and the day-to-day once up and running. This includes but is not limited to: business operations, clinical operations, business development and census growth, financial control, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and all state and federal regulatory standards, and all other areas of general business operations management.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND:
  • Oklahoma City, OK market experience REQUIRED.
  • Must have Hospice experience.
  • Executive Director / Administrator / Director of Sales experience or higher-level experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years hospice operations management experience.
  • Strong experience in Operations and Sales / Strategy.
  • Experience with budgetary responsibilities including budget development and monitoring, financial profits and loss.
  • Broad knowledge of federal and state regulations/administration.
  • Outstanding leadership, managerial skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and assertiveness skills.
  • Culture Driven, Servant Leader.
  • Registered Nurse would be plus but not required.
