Tenneesse Quality Care is seeking a Healthcare Partnership Director to join their hospice leadership team and support our Tennesee and Virginia locations. Generous salary plus bonus, ample time off package, 401k + match and so much more. Location: Based out of the office Columbia, TN covering the entire Tennessee and Virginia territory. Work schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field Minimum of three to five years of professional sales experience; experience in the hospice and health care industry preferred Outside sales experience preferred Proven, consistent and measurable track record of success in finding, signing and growing business Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community. Ensures maximum third-party reimbursement through effective negotiation of service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers. Assists the Executive Director in establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget and in establishing allocations for the marketing department. Monitors the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations. Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections. Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
