Hope Clinic PHA Member This position requires adhering to clinic's policies and procedures, HIPAA, OSHA and state and federal regulations. The member will promote quality and service excellence for patients by providing personalized care in a collaborative team environment. The member will share responsibility for providing administrative support and coverage for staffing the clinic. They will instill efficient patient scheduling, meeting patient needs as well as fully utilizing staff and volunteers. They will ensure current and accurate data entry of patient demographics and accept ownership and respond effectively to patient, team, or personal concerns and implement positive resolutions. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here. Member Duties : Participates in identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of Quality Improvement initiatives. Assists in the orientation and training of administrative support team members. Monitors and collects patient demographics, and census information. Assist in the efforts to make sure the needed supplies and equipment are available to staff when needed. Guide patients that require referral to other agencies for needed resources.
