If you have 5 or more years of paid, hands-on experience in general contracting or handyman work, and live in New Jersey we want to hear from you. We are looking for a seasoned Technician with a good cross-section of the following experience: Bathroom repair, upgrades / remodel Drywall repair / patching/ caulking Flooring repair and installation General carpentry General home repairs and handyman work Senior home safety devices - grab bars, ramps, etc. Kitchen repair / remodel Minor plumbing and electrical Painting interior and exterior, siding repair Deck repair Smart home features / installs The appropriate candidate for the Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Licensed tradesperson preferred, but those candidates seeking a license are welcome to apply.
