Apply Description Providence at Home is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence at Home is seeking a Home Health and Hospice Office Manager, Full Time in Tinley Park, IL. Providence at Home is a Joint Commission accredited and celebrating 30 years of home-based services. This is not a remote position. Schedule Available: Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Process all credentialing, re-credentialing applications for Insurance companies, State Licensure, and other requests for all Home Health, Hospice and Palliative. Send copies of annual licenses that are renewed to corporate. Verify Insurance Benefits for Home Health, Hospice, Palliative referrals for both Illinois and Indiana offices. Prepare monthly Recertification Due report and distribute to Home Health Intake staff, clinical supervisors and monitor the report to assess if patients recertified or discharged. Work with accounting in resolving any discrepancies in month end reports they discover. Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift. Prepare daily census report and weekly and monthly admissions reports. Prepare quarterly credit balance reports. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience, at least one of which in the area of Home Health or Hospice. Must pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and successfully complete the orientation program. EOE
