Requirements -
- Pass a state required background check.
- Physical ability to complete the demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current Oregon driver's license and auto insurance .
Responsibilities - Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
- Support clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
- Assist clients with shopping and errands.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment properly.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA protocol.
