As a Home Health Aide, a member of the home care and Hospice teams, you will aide as a paraprofessional member of the home care and hospice teams who work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs. Position: Home Health Aide - Home Care Network Shift: Day Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Experience: 1-2 years of Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant experience Education: High School Diploma preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. Valid Driver's License and automobile that is insured in accordance with organizational requirements and is in good order. 2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. 3. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA) preferred. 4. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
