Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers -
We are looking for dedicated LPN's and RN's who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Part time, full time, and prn positions are avaliable in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas on all shifts.
What you will do:
- Provide daily basic cares
- Administer medications
- Trach care/suctioning
- G-tube feeds
- O2 administration
- Documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need:
- A valid LPN or RN license
- Current CPR
- Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary (We can train you)
