Home Care Nurse

This position is 40 hours per week but could be separated into a part-time positions also. This client is located in Isanti, MN This client is a pediatric male with a trach/vent. Salary: $27.00 - $36.35 per hour Responsibilities: - Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and/or disabled patients. - Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans. - Monitor and repost changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors. - Communicate with collaborating physicians' or specialists regarding patient care.
