HIV Counselor/Phlb/Health/EducReq : Category:Social Work Status:Full-Time Shift:Day Facility:Jersey City Medical Center Department:CTS Grant - GL0454 Location: Jersey City Medical Center, 355 Grand Street, Jersey CIty, NJ 07302 Job Overview: + Responsible for conducting HIV counseling, testing and referral services with specified target population. Qualifications: Required: + Associates degree required + Must be willing to work flexible hours. + Must be willing to travel into community. Preferred: + Bachelors degree is preferred Certifications and Licenses Required: + Must uphold NJ HIV Counseling and testing number.
