Job Summary:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 4+ years leading SharePoint projects.
- Experience with at least one project moving SharePoint to SharePoint online.
- 2+ years supporting Power Automate and Power Apps projects.
- 5+ years creating process flows using Visio.
- 3+ years comfortable using tickets systems for analyzing service requests
- 5+ years performing requirements gathering and creating business requirements documents (BRDs)
- 3+ years leading conversations with Sr. Leadership and development teams
- 3+ years writing and reading complex SQL queries
- 3+ years creating reports, graphs, and charts of data results and analyses.
- 3+ years developing organization business policies, and work with other departments/organizations in the preparation of analysis.
- 3+ years writing and executing test plans and scripts; writes user documentation and trains end users.
