Job Title Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Toronto, Canada ( Hybrid position 3 days Onsite, 2 days Remote)
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our IT service management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new functionality.

Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST API, SOAP, and other technologies.
Hands on Knowledge and Experience with Java Script/HTML/CSS/AJAX/Angular/ Bootstrap/Jelly
Adhere to Service Now best practices (Code best practises, update sets, table relationships, application customization etc)
Implementation of tested code across all environments
Agile Development

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Jelly and other web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and ServiceNow Orchestration.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
