Production Test Technician Job Description: Set up manual and automatic test equipment to perform Pass / Fail electrical testing on various diode devices per Test Plans Perform electrical testing over various temperature extreme Export data into an Excel spreadsheet for production and/or engineering review Perform environmental processing, including but not limited to the following: 1. Fine leak testing 2. Gross leak testing (bubble and dye penetrant) 3. Constant acceleration Load production and engineering lots into burn-in for qualification, screening, and life testing Monitor burn-in setups and runs for consistency and reliable performance Perform solder dip on various device packages Perform pre-cap visual inspection to MIL/Aerospace and customer requirements Education and Experience: 4 - 6 years' experience in manufacturing testing Detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow oral and written guidelines as well as read &understand Procedures, Test Specifications and Test Plans Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Computer skills helpful, specifically SAP and MS office applications Knowledge of various electrical and microwave test measurements preferred Knowledge of ESD procedures preferred Knowledge of various MIL/Aerospace and ISO specifications is a plus Due to ITAR regulations, candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
