Job Description A Home Health Aide Certification is Required. Employment Status: Part-Time Schedule: All three shifts (7AM-3PM). (3PM-11PM), 11PM-7AM Days: varies, including weekends Location: Shelton, CT Connect with your calling. HHA Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. Up to 10 Holidays and more. Job Requirements HHA Requirements: Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required. Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred. Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits) Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired. Willingness to learn.
