Are you an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a physically demanding and rewarding role that involves leading, managing, and motivating small teams? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As a Class 2 Driver (Removal Operative Driver C2) with Restore Harrow Green, you won't be your typical driver. This role involves physically demanding tasks, including moving, relocating, and installing office furniture and other items internally, to new premises, recycling centres, or via storage. You will also be responsible for driving rigid commercial vehicles up to 18 tons and managing and controlling small moves and projects. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements, promoting our core standards and values, and assisting in the management of external contractors during deliveries. You'll be working 5 days a week, which includes a 7-day rotation. We'll provide your shift schedule two weeks in advance so you can plan accordingly. This role requires you to have flexibility in your working hours with start times varying daily. We do have the occasional night away for our clients, but usually they take us to different cities across the UK, including Scotland, Manchester, Swansea among others.
