Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an exceptional Quantitative Trader to join our client's HFT team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with research teams to develop and optimize high-frequency trading strategies tailored to cash equities and futures markets.
  • Utilize advanced quantitative techniques and mathematical modeling to analyze market data and identify profitable trading opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain trading algorithms within a high-performance computing environment, ensuring optimal execution and risk management.
  • Monitor market conditions and algorithm performance in real-time, making adjustments as needed to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological advancements to enhance trading strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in high-frequency trading, algorithmic trading, or quantitative research within the cash equities or futures markets.
  • Proficiency in programming languages - Python, C , or Java, with experience in low-latency systems highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and electronic trading protocols.
