Requirements & Credentials:
- Board-certified or eligible Hematologist/Oncologist
- BLS and DEA certifications required
- Wisconsin license or IMLC accepted
Schedule:
- Assignment begins in end of July with ongoing coverage needed

Cases and Procedures:
- Average adult patient volume consists of 14-16 PPD
