Our client sells proprietary IT management software. The software is mainly used for asset management and as a ticketing system. This helpdesk (Software Support Engineer) will be fielding calls and emails from their direct clients solving 60% "how do i do this? " training questions and 40% software issues.
-Healthcare is 100% paid for.
-work hours 9am- 5pm.
-role is 100% remote but manager wants for someone to be in NJ/NYC area so they can attend quarterly meetings and out of office outings (Christmas party, etc )
