What the Help Desk Technician will do
- On-Site Hardware support for team of about 200 end users including executive team and basic end users
- Basic troubleshooting on virtual machines as well as working with printers/scanner on break-fix issues
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues with remote support from Tier 3 tech and Service Manager
- Some basic cabling and setting up phones and physical work stations
- Installation and troubleshooting of wireless equipment such as mice and keyboards etc.
What the company needs in a Help Desk Technician
- Prior on-site IT support experience - can be in an office or help desk environment
- Self-starter and customer-oriented personality - great communication skills
- Must be able to commit to full-time schedule in an on-site environment
