Help Desk Technician
SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling a Help Desk Technician role for a great local Jacksonville client. This is a contract to hire role with a hybrid work schedule.
Targeting Salary: $18/hr.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Experience providing technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to servers, systems, software and hardware.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, heavy phone volume and remote support.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
