A well known and reputable educational company based in Billerica, MA currently hiring for a Help Desk Support Engineer to help support end users for a 6-month project. You will be working primarily with Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, as well as imaging and shipping machines and resetting passwords. Ideally this person will have at least one year of experience in a Windows environment.
