Job Description:

You will be providing tier 1-2 Technical Support to external clients utilizing the company's software, hardware, and services. If you have experience working in a technical support or help desk environment, enjoy providing great customer service, and want to be a part of a fast-growing company helping the community, this may be the role for you.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years of Help Desk/Tech Support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and networks.
  • Knowledge of basic networking comprehension (switching & server knowledge, Quality of service)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Bonus Experience:

  • Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+ or CISCO.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams.
