Responsibilities:
Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.
Receive guidance from the Service Manager, Service Location Manager, Shop Foreman, or senior technicians as needed.
Conduct basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.
Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skill and knowledge development.
Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
Ensure the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment is well-maintained.
Keep the work area clean and perform tasks in a neat and orderly fashion.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
Complete required reports and forms associated with work assignments.
Account for all time on a time card and materials used in assigned duties.
