Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details

As Precontruction Manager, your role is to oversee and guide the process to estimate and gauge feasibility of a project. Making sure to produce adequate forecasting and preconstruction planning to get a project ready on time.

EXPERIENCE

  • Significant experience with estimation and preconstruction work for heavy civil construction - inlcuding underground utilties and roadway
  • Strong forecasting abilities
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Great understanding of technical needs
  • Great understanding of local, state, and federal requirements

WWTP experience a plus

BACKGROUND PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of related Project Management and Estimating
  • Expertise in Civil Construction and Utilities
  • Strong leader and team player
