We have been helping patients in our community since 1979 and now have 4 locations. We understand the impact hearing loss can have on one's quality of life, and that's why we prioritize building personal relationships with our patients and listening to their concerns. What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an exceptional Hearing Instrument Specialist or Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you passionate about providing the best patient care as part of a growing team? We look forward to learning more about you.


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Execute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
  • Active CA Hearing Aid Dispensing license
  • Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
  • Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
