Hearing Aid Specialist

Our company, Miracle-Ear, is seeking a passionate and experienced a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team. As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will be responsible for helping individuals with hearing loss improve their quality of life by providing them with the right hearing aid solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct hearing tests and assessments to determine the extent of the individual's hearing loss

Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids based on the individual's needs and preferences

Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to ensure customer satisfaction

Educate customers on proper hearing aid use and maintenance

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess a current Hearing Aid Specialist license

Prior experience in fitting and dispensing hearing aids

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passionate about helping individuals with hearing loss
