MSPCC, a division of Eliot, is seeking a passionate, motivated and knowledgeable supervisor in our Healthy Families parenting education and support program. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and three years of experience working with children and families. A solid understanding of or experience in supervising diverse staff and providing support in a demanding work environment is a must. Highly efficient organizational skills are crucial for the supervisory role in this fast-paced and demanding work environment. Equally important is the ability to establish trusting relationships with diverse populations through compassion, empathy, and cultural humility. You will be supported by consistent weekly supervision with the Program Director, and regular management meetings with colleagues in your program and across the network of MSPCC Prevention Programs. Supervision hours towards independent licensure are available. An intensive training plan exists to orient you to both the agency's culture and policies and the Healthy Families program model. Additional role-specific training is in place to help you develop and grow your supervisory skills. Your responsibilities include: Provide clinical, administrative and reflective supervision to assigned Home Visitors Facilitate the growth and professional development of assigned staff Orient and train new staff and ensure ongoing training for existing staff Complete performance evaluations, monitor documentation completion and conduct quality assurance activities Guide staff in the integration of assessment information into the development and implementation of appropriate family goal plans Ensure families connect with the necessary community services Develop effective relationships with staff and families Model trust building activities and positive interpersonal relationships Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (Due to current COVID guidance, some work may be done virtually/remotely) Salary range: $50,000-55,000 depending on experience and education. Bilingual Spanish preferred. 6% salary increase if bilingual in needed language.
