Work Arrangement: Remote/Hybrid (Local onsite visits required)

Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will primarily focus on coordinating IT work related to network infrastructure in a healthcare setting. This includes coordinating Facility PMS, Nurse Call, and Telemetry monitoring remediation and upgrades across 24 identified sites. The role involves directing cross-functional teams, managing multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring project integration with other initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate IT work with Facility PMS for healthcare network infrastructure

Oversee remediation and upgrades for Nurse Call and Telemetry monitoring across 24 sites

Direct cross-functional teams to drive affiliate/regional initiatives

Plan, organize, and monitor three or more concurrent projects

Develop project work plans, communication, risk management, and workflow processes

Assign project tasks to team members and/or Project Coordinators

Identify and escalate issues to project sponsors/owners

Use project management tools and standards outlined by the Project Management Institute

Ensure projects stay on track to complete deliverables and integrate with other initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health administration, or related field

PMP certification within 1 year of hire

5+ years of recent relevant experience

Working knowledge of project management processes

Business background to understand project and industry operations

Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders

Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and change

Knowledge of Lean management principles

Ability to gain cooperation and support through influence and persuasion

Conceptual, analytical, and negotiation skills
