Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Revenue Cycle Management:

Oversee revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, coding, and reimbursement processes, to maximize revenue and cash flow.

Implement best practices and performance improvement initiatives to optimize revenue cycle performance and minimize denials and write-offs.

Budgeting and Financial Reporting:

Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department leaders to develop accurate and achievable budgets.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and board of directors.

Financial Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements.

Identify and mitigate financial risks and exposures through effective internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

Team Development and Management:

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to finance staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

CPA Required

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and performance improvement.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

$160,000 - $185,000 a year
