Healthcare AI/ML Architect

Role: Healthcare AI/Client Architect II

Location: Palo Alto, CA II Hybrid or remote but must be in CA

Duration: 12 months

Needed: Strong Healthcare domain experience, Data Science, AI/Client

Client Comments: We need a Good Healthcare Architect who has Good data science, AI/Client along with data background and cloud

Design and architect integration solutions for bringing together disparate systems, applications, and data sources to achieve seamless interoperability.

Break down large-scale project requirements into manageable epics and user stories, collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and define feature sets.

Develop architectural designs and technical specifications for integrating ancillary applications with primary systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.

Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of integration solutions, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the development lifecycle.

Evaluate and select appropriate integration patterns, technologies, and tools based on project requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

Define and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and coding guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and maintainability across integrated systems.

Conduct performance tuning, scalability assessments, and security reviews of integration solutions to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that support seamless integration and high availability of applications.

Stay abreast of advancements in integration technologies, methodologies, and industry standards, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Serve as a subject matter expert on integration architecture, epics, and ancillary applications, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with project & data architecture or integration architect, with a strong focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions in healthcare domain

Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Terraform

Good experience in data science along with AI/Client activities (Databricks, Python, MLflow)

Knowledge of healthcare data, api endpoints/context

Knowledge of prediction implications within workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.

Good experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
