Job Description: Health & Welfare - Senior Requirements and Configuration Consultant The Senior Requirements and Configuration Consultant is a member of the Health Care Implementation and Migration organization. This is an exciting hybrid role that offers an opportunity to blend your health care domain knowledge with your systems analysis, critical thinking, and configuration skills. The Expertise We are Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience 7-10 years of Health and Insurance benefits service experience 5+ years of professional experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth) Prior client implementation and\or platform migration experience Prior requirements definition and documentation are a must, and client consultation experience is a plus. Ability to independently manage your workload. Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area Understanding of benefits administration systems Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to conduct independent and detailed analysis, problem solving and document findings. Procedure execution and process improvement Quality-first mindset The Purpose of Your Role The Senior Requirements and Configuration Consultant has end-to-end responsibility for the documentation, configuration and unit testing of our client's plan requirements while becoming an expert user of Fidelity's transformational Benefit Builder Tool. As a member of the Health Care Domain Center of Excellence, the Senior Requirements and Configuration Consultant serves as a requirements and configuration expert working with our implementation and platform migration clients. Your interactions with the team will model Fidelity's leadership principles to complement an innovative culture and positive work environment. The Value you Deliver Ability to execute the implementation of our product offering with success measured in the form of world class operational excellence once your project is complete. This role will be charged with owning requirements end-to-end including detailed capture, system configuration, and business partner readiness. Understanding of the software development project life cycle process. Perform unit and regression testing to validate that client requirements are met. Work with business partners to assist in root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations.
