EOE Position Information: The Health Information Technician is responsible for handling release of information in Epic. This position provides coverage for the HIM department by responding to continuity of care requests via fax mail MyChart or telephone.This is a Hybrid Remote position and for coverage needs if needed will cover all HIM Departments within system. Experience Requirements: Electronic Medical Records Preferred Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Licensure/Certification Requirements: Not Applicable Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Weekend Requirements: As Needed Call Requirements: As Needed
