About the Role: As a member of the EMEA Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and learn from more experienced colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for: Under the supervision of one of our HEMA senior member, the selected candidate will assist the team in supporting the divisional objectives and strategy execution by: Conducting literature review and epidemiologic data research - to support market access strategies and evidence generation for business purposes and into product development plans. Contributing to the local adaptation of health economic & value tools (i.e. value dossier, economic models, reimbursement submissions, etc.), leveraging clinical and economic data of key BSC technologies. Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, with commercial and marketing team for successful dissemination and execution the tools to ensure funding & reimbursement and timely market access. Assist the team with getting clinical and regulatory approval of key HEMA deliverables and provide project budget execution. What are we looking for in you? University Degree is a must (in Health economics would be an asset; though a background in business, law, public administration, pharmacy, natural sciences engineering or medicine is welcomed). Former experience in Health Economics/Market Access within a MedTech company, and within the Italian setting is preferable (6 months/1 year max). Fluent English and Italian. Strong analytical skills. Structured, Accountable, Proactive, Driven and Engaged. Eager to learn and develop.
