Health Care Workforce Director

Overview Join the health care reform team in the AHS Secretary's office to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of the Health Care Workforce Development Strategic Plan. The position will support the Health Care Workforce Development Strategic Plan Advisory Group that is a sub-committee of the State Workforce Development Board. The role encompasses planning, developing, researching and implementing strategies to support and expand the health care workforce. Extensive interaction occurs with a wide range of health care and human services organizations, health care education programs, legislators, community partners and other interested parties. Use your extensive knowledge of the health care workforce development pipeline to help support and expand the health care workforce in collaboration with public and private stakeholder groups and key leaders in Agencies and Departments across state government.
