An Ideal Candidate should have:
- Experience working for or selling to Biopharma companies
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Desire to earn a high income
- Proven record of sales success

- Willingness to travel to client offices up to 35% of your time
- Resiliency and never-give up attitude
- Be comfortable meeting with client executives and managers
- Be able to self-manage and carry out a structured weekly plan
This position involves selling Professional Services, often delivered through annualized memberships and subscriptions, which include:
- Consulting Projects
- Advisory Services
- Best Practice Research Database Licenses
- Benchmarking Analysis and Report Licenses that help companies achieve their goals
Successful Business Development Professionals must be comfortable:
- working with mid to high-level executives in the Pharmaceutical, Biological and Medical Device sectors
- communicating effectively in writing, in person and over the phone
- fielding client inquiries on a broad range of marketing, sales, and medical topics
- be detail-focused to follow-up persistently on client needs
- serving large accounts where superior relationship skills and rapid response are required
