  • Experience working for or selling to Biopharma companies
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
  • Desire to earn a high income
  • Proven record of sales success
  • Desire to grow and learn every day
  • Willingness to travel to client offices up to 35% of your time
  • Resiliency and never-give up attitude
  • Be comfortable meeting with client executives and managers
  • Be able to self-manage and carry out a structured weekly plan

This position involves selling Professional Services, often delivered through annualized memberships and subscriptions, which include:

  • Consulting Projects
  • Advisory Services
  • Best Practice Research Database Licenses
  • Benchmarking Analysis and Report Licenses that help companies achieve their goals

Successful Business Development Professionals must be comfortable:

  • working with mid to high-level executives in the Pharmaceutical, Biological and Medical Device sectors
  • communicating effectively in writing, in person and over the phone
  • fielding client inquiries on a broad range of marketing, sales, and medical topics
  • be detail-focused to follow-up persistently on client needs
  • serving large accounts where superior relationship skills and rapid response are required
