Overview

As our Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards and own our end-to-end global Talent Acquisition strategy.

You will lead a team across North America, India and Poland and implement and drive strategies focusing on core objectives of scale, quality, experience and inclusivity. You have a strong ability to lead and design programs utilizing data (both as a doer and recipient of data).

Additionally, you will also be the executive point person for the Technology Organization and own and drive all executive level relationships and reporting.

Finally, you will own and drive our immigration, our global employment brand and be a brand ambassador for LegalZoom.

Location: Hybrid role (Bay Area) with travel to our Mountain View, CA location as needed (usually twice a month but on occasion more depending on critical needs)

You will

Leadership: Set the vision, drive the solutions and stakeholders along on the journey

Recruiting Process Ownership: Own the entire full-cycle recruitment process from internships to executive roles in US, Poland and India and drive consistent practices

Talent Acquisition Metrics: Establish and regularly report metrics (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of recruitment systems & processes; introduce process improvements where necessary.

Talent Identifier & Teacher: Act as a trusted business partner for hiring managers, providing insights into the external talent market.

Employer Branding: Own and continually enhance the employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies

Recruiting Processes: Develop best practices for speed to hire, quality, and diversity in hiring.

You have

15+ years of demonstrated experience in effectively managing a TA team required

Ability to design and implement end-to-end holistic global recruitment processes that are simple and scalable

Proven track record of building/enhancing employer brand recognition

Strong communication and influencing skills

Ability to model data using google sheets at the intermediate level

Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.

BS degree or equivalent required

Occasional travel may be required as needed.

Remote employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.

The range for this role is ($ 183,800-$294,000 ) . Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
