Position: Head of Marketing
Location: Metro-Philadelphia area
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually plus equity.

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Director who is ready to shape the future of our SaaS product in the financial advisory space.

Role Overview:

The Head of Marketing at RISR will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies, balancing hands-on tasks with high-level strategic planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments-someone who is as comfortable crafting compelling content and managing social media campaigns as they are analyzing market trends and setting long-term marketing goals. With no current team to manage but potential leadership opportunities as we grow, the right candidate will be a self-starter, ready to do whatever it takes to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Devise and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively communicates RISR's value proposition to our target audience.

- Content Creation: Generate engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, highlighting the benefits of RISR for advisors.

- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage and grow our presence on relevant social media platforms; plan and execute digital ad campaigns.

- Lead Generation: Design and implement campaigns that capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.

- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance, leveraging insights to drive decisions and optimize ROI.

- Adaptability: Willingness to tackle a wide range of tasks from the mundane to the complex, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving attitude.

- Future Team Building: While initially working independently, lay the groundwork for future marketing team growth and leadership.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS or tech industry.

- A track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Exceptional content creation and storytelling abilities.

- Proficient in social media management, digital advertising, and analytics.

- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends and insights from data.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
