- Lead the program management of complex programs - You will lead the project management and program management of new programs, the evolution and/or sustainment of existing programs that align with business vision, goals, and objectives.
- Manage others - You will set goals for your team and provide partners with coaching, feedback and development opportunities and modeling leadership behavior for the larger team.
- Develop comprehensive content, implementation, communication, and sustainment plans for assigned initiatives to ensure quality, prioritization, and operational feasibility.
- Gather feedback and data to identify opportunities and optimized solutions and design programs with effective sustainment strategies, integrating them with existing tools and processes.
- Collaborate with peers, managers, and directors to support strategic initiatives impacting retail stores.
- Provide retail operations expertise to optimize performance in sales, profitability, partner and customer experience.
- Offer consultation to directors and project owners on operational standards and issues.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project management and operations consultation, preferably in retail operations and customer experience principles.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
