Position Details:

The Head of MGF Revenue and Profitability is the central leader in driving pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability across the Maersk Ground Freight business. This leader is a skilled, analytical leader with deep operational experience. They can deliver successfully against financial and operational objectives within a matrixed environment. The leader should be able to build pricing and profitability strategies, solve complex customer problems, and enable teams to drive revenue growth for MGF.

In this role:

  • You will build and lead a highly analytical pricing and profitability team to drive financial recovery
  • You will set the Regional MGF pricing strategies in partnership with Product leaders
  • You will partner closely with commercial to develop sales and revenue growth plans
  • You will partner in the development of customer solutions through pricing and monitor profitability
  • Responsible for profitability and related audit functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience driving revenue growth strategies
  • Ability to solve complex problems, articulate the root cause, and recommend solutions. Strong ability to address current-day challenges and account for what is needed now and in the future. Ruthlessly prioritizes-continuously applies the 80/20 principle.
  • Strategic thinking around revenue, marketing, and customer success by using data-driven insights to create action plans.
  • Able to drive projects to completion and organize/prioritize work. Sustain execution and urgency in the work processes.
