Job Description

Cricut for Schools is a vertical go-to-market program designed to expand the adoption of and use Cricut in U.S. K12 schools. Our mission is to revolutionize classroom environments, support STEM education & the maker movement, and build a strong sense of community throughout the entire school.

Cricut is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Education Channel Sales. This key leadership role will drive the expansion of our presence within the education sector, establishing and nurturing relationships with schools, districts, and educational institutions nationwide. The Head of Education Channel Sales will spearhead business development initiatives to promote our products, enable our growing network of education sector resellers/VARs, and ultimately grow our revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the education market and achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, districts, and educational organizations.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the education sector, including collaboration with educational technology platforms and curriculum providers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, pricing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the education market, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Represent Cricut for Schools at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our products and cultivate brand awareness within the education community.

Oversee the development of customized sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the unique needs and requirements of educational institutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing sales activities within the education sector.
