Title: Head of Corporate Development
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a leading privately held Digital Commerce/Technology company that is looking to bring on a Head of Corporate Development to the team in Dallas, TX. The candidate has the opportunity to join an experienced team that is seeing incredibly success in the market as well as managing over $4 billion in global media spend.
Head of Corporate Development will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.
- Working in the financial due diligence space as well as quality of earnings.
- Developing financial projections and building financial models.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Performing industry, market research, and due diligence.
- Preparing client proposals, transaction marketing materials.
Head of Corporate Development should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of M&A or Big 4 Accounting experience.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Sitting in Dallas, Tx or willing to relocate to Dallas.
