About this Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Strategy Leader to join the FastPort business venture team. The role of this individual is vital in Leading and driving the execution of the project's production and market strategy. Key responsibilities include the creation of a B2B customer/partner outreach plan, daily analyses to validate the business needs of stakeholders, and overall guidance for the team to help it make informed business decisions. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for establishing and achieving key metrics related to, identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Manager will be tasked with building the strategy team and function to support the growth of the overall business.


Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the creation and execution of the detailed business strategies, forecasts and models to inform production and operational planning.
  • Accountable for the development and execution of key business performance KPIs and metrics
  • Lead the development and execution of solutions based on market research and analysis to identify future partnerships, new opportunities, market trends and user needs.
  • Responsible for leading the development of a comprehensive B2B customer/partner outreach strategy plan to generate interest in our micro-mobility products and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations and Growth teams (and other cross-functional teams) to align business development efforts with overall growth strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations.

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of developing and executing complex business strategies.
  • 6+ years managing business functions and direct reports
  • Experience in creating strategies to support growth, monetization and scale up targets.
  • Demonstrated success in the creation of compelling business cases.
  • Experience in B2B and enterprise sales required.
  • Experience in micromobility, shared mobility, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience in new business development and go to market strategies

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other relevant degree.
  • MBA, preferred

Desired skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, products and technology
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all disciplines associated with Auto Research, Development, Sales, and Manufacturing
  • Demonstrated excellent critical thinking, business judgement, negotiating, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong initiative to align the strategy with wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of resource management
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in business strategy to help business partners communicate solution value to key stakeholders.
  • Start-up environment experience is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for networking events, conferences, and trade shows, and business activities, etc.
