Core Requirements:
Note: Workday experience is required for this position
- Collaborate with Work Program Management and Project Team Leads to organize internal meetings.
- Record meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant details.
- Ensure timely follow-up with team members on action items.
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Possess intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with the capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preference will be given to the candidates with successful full-cycle implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ideally in a healthcare/hospital environment.
