We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Grower Accounting Manager in the Manufacturing industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced environment, where innovation and collaboration are highly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of grower accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of the Famous software, commodity markets, and the ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of grower accounting, including but not limited to, contract management, payments, and reporting.
2. Utilize Famous software to manage and track all grower accounting activities.
3. Analyze and interpret commodity market trends and their impact on grower accounting.
4. Manage and supervise a team of grower accountants, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
5. Conduct regular audits of grower accounting records to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Develop and implement grower accounting policies and procedures.
8. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on grower accounting activities and performance.
9. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in grower accounting records.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in grower accounting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in grower accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in Famous software is a must.
4. Strong understanding of commodity markets.
5. Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.
6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
7. Strong auditing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
12. Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
